Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: We offer free and easy exchanges for all unworn and unwashed products (excluding food products) for 6 months after the purchase date.

Q: How about full refunds?

A: We offer full refunds for all unworn and unwashed products (excluding food products) for 30 days from original purchase date.

Q: Seasonal and Discontinued Items  

A: We are a small batch brand! That means that when something is out of stock or discontinued, we no longer will have stock in that item. Should an item be out of stock for an exchange or refund, we will offer an alternate product, store credit, or a full refund.

Q: What is your sales policy?

A: All final sale and clearance items will be marked on their product page description or under our clearance tab. If an item is final sale, we can not offer a refund, return, or exchange.  

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We hope to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of purchase! Generally, you can expect your order to arrive anywhere in the continental USA within 3-5 business days!

Q: What are some garment care tips for my new clothing purchase?

A: Most of our items are a cotton/poly blend. We suggest washing cold with like colors and tumble dry low. In order to extend the life of sweatshirts, we suggest hanging to dry to maintain shape.

Q: What are you shipping times and policies?

A: We fullfill orders Monday-Friday from the SLK Factory in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. We do not ship over weekends or during postal holidays. Our daily cut off time for same day shipping in 1:00PM EST. If an order comes in after this time is will go out the following business day. We have several different shipping options that range in arrival time for you to choose from:

  • First Class Economy Shipping - This is an estimated 3-6 business day shipping time.
  • Priority Mail - This is an estimated 2-4 business day shipping time.
  • Priority Mail Express Overnight - This is an estimated 1-2 business day shipping time. For most locations in the USA, it will arrive the following day, however there are black out areas in some rural locations. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will make sure you get the best possible option for a quick arrival time.

 

Q: Do you all do donations?

A: Yes! We typically budget donations for silent auctions, baskets, etc. in January. During this time we review requests and make our annual donation schedule. We understand not all fundraisers and donations are able to be in by January, so please feel free to send a request through our contact form.
