What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Most of our wares are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the product description.

What is your final sale policy?

All final sale and clearance items will be marked on their product page description or under our clearance tab. If an item is final sale, we can not offer a refund, return, or exchange.  

What is your small batch policy?

We are a small batch brand! That means that when something is out of stock or discontinued, we no longer will have stock in that item. Should an item be out of stock for an exchange or refund, we will offer an alternate product, store credit, or a full refund.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Sorry! We don't our sales are structured in a way that the best possible deal for that time period is the deal applied and we do not go back to adjust for larger discounts. I.E. You may receive a discount for 20% off, but have to pay for shipping, and the next sale may be for 15% off plus free shipping. Unfortunately, there is no apples to apples comparison due to shipping times and constraints so we will not make price adjustments.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship Monday-Friday from our Lexington based warehouse via USPS first class, priority, and priority express shipments.

What is your exchange policy

We offer free and easy exchanges for all unworn and unwashed products for 6 months after the purchase date. SLK reserves the right to reject any returns should they smell of smoke, be covered in pet hair, etc. If the product is not in condition to resell, it will be returned at the expense of SLK.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds for all unworn and unwashed products for 30 days from original purchase date.

How long does shipping take?

We hope to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of purchase! Generally, you can expect your order to arrive anywhere in the continental USA within 3-5 business days! During high volume times and sales periods, there may be an extended shipping time. We are a small staff doing big things and want your order to arrive perfect!

During the Holiday season, please expect 3-5 days processing times. It is not what we strive to as we hope to be quick as possible, but with a small staff, it can take a few days.

What are your shipping times and policies?

We fullfill orders Monday-Friday from the SLK Factory in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. We do not ship over weekends or during postal holidays. Our daily cut off time for same day shipping in 1:00PM EST. If an order comes in after this time is will go out the following business day. We have several different shipping options that range in arrival time for you to choose from:

First Class Economy Shipping - This is an estimated 3-6 business day shipping time.

Priority Mail - This is an estimated 2-4 business day shipping time.

Priority Mail Express Overnight - This is an estimated 1-2 business day shipping time. For most locations in the USA, it will arrive the following day, however there are black out areas in some rural locations.

If you are unsure, please contact us and we will make sure you get the best possible option for a quick arrival time.

Garment Care

What are some garment care tips for my new wares?

Most of our items are a cotton/poly blend. We suggest washing cold with like colors and tumble dry low. In order to extend the life of sweatshirts, we suggest hanging to dry to maintain shape.

I have a problem with my new ware!

No worries! We are here to help! From time to time, we screw up just like anybody else, and we want to make sure our customer's satisfaction is priority one. This is why if you have any issues with a garment caused by manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge! Just contact us and we will make it right!


Do you all do donations?

Yes, we are happy to support causes and needs from local schools, leagues, and nonprofits. Because of our Kentucky Strong charitable giving initiative, we do have an annual giving budget, and once we meet that threshold, we are unable to make further donations. In other words, the earlier we know, the better! Email Joni through the contact form and she will steer you in the right direction!
