The Kentucky Shop was founded in 2013 in Georgetown, Kentucky by two Kentucky loving partners in both business and life, Joni and Rick Paynter. What began in a garage in 2013 has bloomed into one of Kentucky's favorite apparel brands over the last 12 years giving life to our humble mission, the Kentucky Strong Initiative, which has to date raised over $1.8 million for life changing causes impacting Kentuckians.
